Water everywhere? Find your main shutoff valve and turn it off. Most homes have it where the water line comes in, often near the front of the house, in the garage, or by the water heater. Turn it clockwise until it stops. Then call (310) 359-0140.
Smell gas? Don't call me first. Get everyone out of the house right away. Don't flip lights or switches on or off. From outside, call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200, or 911 if anyone is in danger (SoCalGas safety page).
